Cloudrelia’s DIY package is for companies who only require basic financials module setup and training. The customer should be experienced to setup the solution with the guidance of Cloudrelia’s staff.
DIY package includes:
• Activation of the pre-configured Starter package and creating 1 production company on Business Central;
• 4-hour training on general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank reconciliation, imports, creating customer, vendor, GL account, Item, resource cards, creating sales quotes, orders and invoices, blanket orders;
• Creating up to 3 Business Central users and train customer how to setup additional users and modify user security;
• Providing set up checklist and review together for successful customer implementation;
• Providing excel data import template for customer, vendor, chart of accounts import which would be performed by customer;
• Providing user manual for Business Central.
The customer would have to:
• Finish the setup. Customer will be responsible for Chart of Accounts, Tax Schedules, Payment Terms, the rest of Dimensions, Attributes, etc.
• Import master data;
• Custom functionality and reports are not included;
• Finish the setup after training using our instructions. Customer will be responsible for Chart of Accounts, Tax Schedules, Payment Terms, the rest of Dimensions, Attributes, etc.
• Customizing Business Central is not included;
Cloudrelia’s 2 week implementation Core Finance package for Business Central setup includes:
• Activation of the pre-configured selected package and creating 1 production company on Business Central;
• Business Process Review on the Financial Module (accounting, sales and purchases) with recommendations;
• Create and assign roles for up to 5 users to connect to Dynamics 365 and train users how to setup;
• Setting up custom chart of accounts (indentation, posting groups, direct posting);
• Setup System and Company settings;
• Configuration for Daily Processes (i.e. Tax Schedules, Payment Terms, Dimensions, Attributes, etc.);
• Configuring Bank Reconciliation for 1 bank account;
• Importing Chart of Accounts, Vendors, Customers and master balances from customer provided populated import templates (blank import tables provided by Cloudrelia);
• Customize one Check and one Invoice. Other reports available as standard;
• Create one Balance Sheet and Income Statement;
• Train the trainer on the Financial Modules (GL, AP, AR, and BR) – up to 3 attendees per session. Web-based trainings. Two 4-hour sessions;
• Providing user manual for Business Central;
• Go-Live review.
